CPSF focuses its action on three main areas in order to realize its vision of becoming the leading platform for Cambodian pepper and spice and achieve its mission of promoting Cambodia as a key global producer of high-quality and safe pepper and spice. These three main areas are Food Safety, Trade Facilitation and Market Development.
Food Safety
The importance of food safety is evident and is the cornerstone of the Cambodian pepper and spice sector. CPSF works to keep its members compliant by facilitating relevant capacity development and training on Good Hygiene Practice (GHP), Good Agriculture Practice (GAP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Hazard Analysis Control Point (HACP), ISO 22000, Halal and Organic standards.
