CPSF focuses its action on three main areas in order to realize its vision of becoming the leading platform for Cambodian pepper and spice and achieve its mission of promoting Cambodia as a key global producer of high-quality and safe pepper and spice. These three main areas are Food Safety, Trade Facilitation and Market Development.
Market development
The goal of all producers, processors and exporters in the Cambodian pepper and spice sector is to sell their products to new cohorts of customers. CPSF works to facilitate and maximize its members’ export success with relevant capacity development and training on export marketing, sales pitching and business matching.
